Keld Moseholm

Keld Moseholm (1936–2023) was a Danish sculptor. His bronze sculptures stand in public spaces across Denmark, and his work has been exhibited at art museums and biennials in Denmark and abroad.

The round figures

Moseholm became especially known for his rounded figurative sculptures that balance humor and gravity, portraying humanity as small spheres in a larger game.

Drawings

Keld Moseholm was first and foremost a sculptor, yet many of his works began on paper. Alongside sketches for sculptures, he also created drawings that stand as artworks in themselves—an authentic part of his universe in line and color rather than bronze.

At the Studio and Garden, visitors can explore this side of his work: from croquis studies of the female figure to sketches of his rounded men and women.
